In June, Airbus recorded preliminary deliveries of approximately 67 airplanes, resulting in a total of around 323 aircraft for the first half of the year. This marks a 2% increase compared to the same period in the previous year, according to industry sources.
However, the aerospace giant recently adjusted its delivery forecast for the entire year, reducing the target from 800 planes to 770. This decision comes amid prevailing supply chain challenges that have impacted the industry's ability to maintain previous delivery rates.
Airbus has chosen not to comment ahead of the anticipated release of their monthly and half-yearly data scheduled for July 8.
